Lina is another Customer Service Specialist here in the Copenhagen office. Lina is from Sweden, so she mainly deals with swedish calls. Lina loves fruit pizzas (yes, you read that right), especially a pear pizza. She wishes to one day own a big house with a big garden so she can house all the rescue animals she one day wants. What does Klar mean to you?

The combination of having good products at low prices, while still focusing on sustainability and quality. Klar as a whole is a lot of teamwork, and how people in different departments have the sense of helping each other and working together to solve problems. I really like this. 

Why do you work for Klar?

For me, I was gonna move to Denmark and was looking for a job that needed Swedish speakers and then I saw this one. I felt really at home during my job interview, it didn’t feel like a job interview. It felt like talking to friends or colleagues. They let me know quickly that I got it and I'm really happy that I ended up with it. 

How would you define Klar’s business concept?

Having a do-it-yourself concept, made from the exact measurements you want in your house. If you want to build your dream house and you have a budget, with specific needs even odd sizing, then we will have what you’re looking for. For a good price and good quality. We’re really transparent with the different stages of productions, and we’re based in Europe, so we’re supporting local economies. 

In what ways has Klar influenced your views on balancing quality and price when buying building materials, especially windows?

I realised you dont have to compromise prices and quality. I didn’t know anything about windows before starting here, but being here and going to the factory, seeing how our products are produced I realised the quality doesn’t have to go down with the price. 

What is your favourite product? 

Bondehus vinduer, because those are the windows I grew up with. I grew up in an old farm house and that’s what I remember. They’re my favourite and I think I have a lot of knowledge about them so I can talk about it alot. If I were to buy a house in the future those are the windows I would choose. 

How does Klar increase customer satisfaction?

Now it's a combination of being able to reach as many customers as possible. We can reach out to the different customers in different countries, they want to speak in their local languages. Having people work on different tasks together is very good. We’re trying to answer customers as quickly as possible. If we’re taking too long to get back to them, they won't be happy. At least they’ll feel seen if we reach out fast. 

What do you think Klar will look like in the future?

I hope we’ll be a growing company. Right now a lot of our customers have knowledge in the construction industry, but by adding different services like installation service, we’re able to reach out to people who may not know how to install windows. Therefore, we’ll be expanding our customer base. 

Where do you see yourself in 10 years from now? 

My dream is to have settled down, a house in the countryside, with my country house windows. Big garden, a yellow house and a yellow care. Where? I don't know yet but I want to live in my house with my big garden. 

What are your hopes and aspirations for Klar in the future? 

My hopes are for us to continue growing as a business, to be the company that people will remember, the first company people will think of when they need to buy doors and windows.
